Yes! I offer Refunds: Please deeply consider your desired outcomes before purchasing. Full refunds will be issued upon request ten days after booking. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please email miraclesandmischief@substack.com.

When Will I receive my Reading?
Reading Access: Zoom calls or in-person readings will be available when scheduled for booking.
Recorded sessions will be available 3-5 business days after your booking; you will receive a private (unlisted) link with your recorded reading, which will be sent to the email you provide.
The duration of the video will vary depending on the service you choose. You will have access to your reading for one year.
Do I Need Anything for the Reading?
Preparation: After payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete a simple questionnaire, which you are welcome to pre-fill out at any time, requesting your birth date, time, and place (which can be found on most birth certificates) and a chance to choose a topic of discussion.
For tarot readings, it is recommended that you meditate on what messages you would like to receive before the date of your private reading.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged during readings and emails shall remain confidential. No personal data shall be passed on to anyone, including third parties. I care very much about keeping everyone involved in this business safe and looked after. I will not discriminate against or be rude towards any client due to their questions.
